Installation & Commissioning

Place the unit on a level floor and level the frame. Remove transport support rods from the base. Ensure adequate clearance for safe swinging motion. Install required screen mesh and cleaning accessories (rubber balls, rotary brush, or ultrasonic system). Seal the screen frame tightly to prevent powder leakage. Tighten all fasteners and run idle for 5–10 minutes to verify smooth oscillation with no abnormal noise or impact.

Production Operation

Start uniform and continuous feeding once the unit is running normally. Avoid sudden overloading or large instantaneous feed. Monitor output and adjust feed rate to maintain optimal screening accuracy and throughput.

Shutdown & Maintenance

Stop feeding and allow all material to discharge completely before turning off the machine. Regularly inspect screen mesh integrity and clean residual material from the chamber after each production run.
