Working Principle
The vertical vibration motor serves as the power unit. Its paired eccentric weights generate horizontal, vertical and tilting 3D vibration and spread the motion over the whole screen surface.Materials follow a spiral circular movement on the mesh. Fine fractions drop through the screen and flow out from the bottom, whereas coarse contaminants are discharged from the top. Tuning the eccentric weight angle helps control material staying time and travel path for ideal screening performance.
