Working Principle
Linear Vibrating Screen adopts dual vibration motors drive. When two motors run synchronously and reversely, the exciting force generated by eccentric blocks counteracts in the direction parallel to the motor axis and superimposes into a resultant force in the vertical direction. Therefore, the movement track of the screen is a straight line. Under the combined action of exciting force and material gravity, materials are thrown up and move linearly forward on the screen surface, so as to achieve screening and classification.
