Production Equipment
Our factory is equipped with fully automatic mixing, smelting, preforming and servo vulcanization production lines to ensure high precision and batch stability of products. The testing center has professional equipment such as electronic tensile testing machine, Mooney viscometer, ozone aging chamber, Shore hardness tester, etc., and strictly conducts mechanical, thermal, aging resistance and other performance tests on raw materials and finished products to fully ensure that the products meet ASTM, ISO and customer customized standards.
