High-precision grading: Equipped with adjustable amplitude of 75–90mm and dual vibration speeds; a single unit can separate 2–3 sizes of finished products simultaneously.
Anti-clogging self-cleaning structure: Optional 1–3 layers of pull-out screen frames, each fitted with bouncing balls to continuously unclog screen holes.
Working Principle
Powered by an eccentric driving mechanism, the gyratory vibrating screen drives the screen frame to generate large-amplitude purely horizontal gyratory motion with nearly no vertical impact. Materials are fed onto the screen surface and move gently horizontally. Particles of different sizes are layered and classified by particle size and screen aperture. Bouncing balls installed under each screen mesh continuously tap the screen to avoid clogging. The suspended shock-absorbing structure eliminates resonance during operation, while the fully sealed housing contains dust. Materials of various particle sizes are discharged separately from corresponding outlets to realize continuous, dust-free and high-precision grading.
