Ruidi linear vibrating screen adopts two counter-rotating synchronous vibration motors as the excitation source, generating continuous linear throwing motion to push materials forward evenly on the screen surface. Working Principle

 

 

Two symmetric horizontal vibration motors act as vibration source. The rotation of eccentric blocks generates directional linear excitation force to drive the whole screen body for reciprocating linear motion. Materials evenly fall onto screen deck from feeding inlet and slide forward smoothly under linear vibration. Fine particles smaller than mesh aperture pass through screen and discharge from lower outlets; oversized coarse material moves to end outlet. Multi-layer mesh realizes multi-size separation in one cycle. Adjust eccentric block angle to control material conveying speed for dry, wet, light or heavy materials.
