Direct drive vibrating screen is a high-output inline vibrating screen specially designed for large-volume powder screening. Different from regular circular vibrating screens, it adopts a vertical through-type structure to realize direct bottom discharging. Driven by horizontal vibration motors, the machine creates three-dimensional composite vibration to accelerate material penetration. Fine materials discharge directly from the bottom outlet, while coarse impurities are expelled from the side slag port. With low body height, fully sealed structure and easy-clean design, this inline sieve delivers 2–5 times higher capacity than ordinary rotary sieves. It is widely used for impurity removal and continuous grading in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and rubber industries.

Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen, also named Flow-thru Separator or Straight Row Sieve, is a high-capacity light-duty circular vibro screening machine. It is divided into single motor (single vibration source) and dual motor (double vibration source) versions.
 
Its vertical through-type inlet & bottom outlet design enables fast material discharge without intermediate transfer, with throughput 2-5 times higher than ordinary rotary sifters. Widely used for continuous impurity removal and particle grading of powder, granule and slurry, it can be perfectly integrated into automatic production lines, serving as the primary screening equipment for food, chemical, pharmaceutical and lithium battery raw material industries.

Complete machine consists of dust cover, feed inlet, screen frame, quick-release screen holder, damping springs, horizontal vibration motors, base, vertical bottom discharge outlet and oversize outlet. Material options: painted carbon steel, food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion SUS316L stainless steel. Optional accessories: ultrasonic anti-block system, rubber bouncing balls for screen cleaning, explosion-proof motors, VFD speed controller, sealed dust-proof flanges.
