1. Install the machine on a flat and solid ground; Adjust level to avoid abnormal vibration and noise.
2. Remove transportation supports before starting the machine. Do not run without load for a long time.
3. Feed materials evenly; Do not overload or dump intensively to protect the screen mesh.
4. Regularly check bolt tightness, screen mesh, and motor working status; Tighten or replace worn parts in time.
5. Clean the inner wall, screen, and discharge port after use to avoid residue and blockage.
6. For corrosive materials, use stainless steel type and avoid long-term contact with strong acid/alkali.
7. Ultrasonic power supply must be reliably grounded and placed in a ventilated and dry environment.
8. Do not start the ultrasonic system without installing the screen mesh to avoid damage.
9. Non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling motors and electrical parts.
