Working Principle
Two horizontal vibration motors run in opposite synchronous rotation to generate stable exciting force. The screen machine performs linear vibration supported by damping springs.Raw materials fall into the screen box, bounce forward continuously under vibration. Fine materials pass through the screen mesh, while large particles move to the discharge outlet. Amplitude can be adjusted by changing motor excitation force to fit different materials.
