- Stable, Non-Sagging Performance Across a Wide Temperature Range: Suitable for long-term operation in air conditioning environments ranging from -54°C to 110°C. High temperatures in the outdoor unit during summer will not cause the sealant to soften, ooze, delaminate, or peel off. It is weather-resistant and age-resistant, with performance that does not degrade over time.
- Die-Cut and Pre-Formed for Assembly Line Compatibility: Factory-standardized, pre-cut products eliminate the need for customers to cut the material themselves. Simply peel off the release paper to wrap the copper tubing; no heating is required during installation, significantly improving the assembly efficiency of the entire air conditioning unit.
- Long-lasting adhesion without peeling: Formulated with a specialized tack-enhancing system, it meets 180° peel strength standards. It remains firmly bonded to copper tubing even after thermal cycling and condensation immersion, preventing curling or blistering.

Instructions for Use
Clean & prep pipe
Wipe copper tube dry and free of oil, dust and water; peel silicone release liner off the damper.
Wrap & roll tightly
Fully encircle the pipe with 10–15mm overlap, roll with rubber roller to squeeze out air bubbles for full adhesion.
Finish insulation
Remove outer PE film, cover the damper with rubber-plastic insulation to guard against condensation.
Applications & Precautions
- Vibration and noise reduction for the low-pressure suction lines of compressors in outdoor units of 1–5-pai split-system residential air conditioners
- Vibration damping for piping on air-source heat pumps and commercial central air conditioning outdoor units
- Applied to the inner walls of air conditioner outdoor unit sheet metal housings and compressor bases to reduce resonance throughout the unit
- Soundproofing and vibration damping for low-temperature piping in small chillers and refrigeration equipment
- Pre-installed as standard components in OEM mass production of complete air conditioning units, serving as standard NVH noise reduction accessories
- Use limited to low-temperature, low-pressure piping: May only be applied to compressor suction lines (low-pressure suction pipes). Strictly prohibited for use on high-temperature, high-pressure discharge pipes exceeding 80°C, as high temperatures will cause the adhesive layer to soften and fail
- Installation Environment Requirements: Recommended ambient temperature is 5°C or higher. The copper pipe surface must be dry and free of oil or grease; otherwise, poor adhesion, curling, or peeling may occur
- Storage Conditions: Store the product in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures, as this may cause the release paper to lose its adhesive properties prematurely
- Cannot Replace Structural Ballast: This product is designed for damping and noise reduction and cannot replace the metal ballast blocks on the exhaust pipe. Vibration-damping components for high- and low-pressure lines must be used separately.
- Communicate Custom Dimensions in Advance: For non-standard copper tubing diameters, provide dimensions in advance for customization to ensure the product fully wraps the tubing and prevents size mismatches
