Installation Instructions
Calculate the total vibrating weight, calculate the single-point load of each support point, and select the model and number of supports according to the reserved equipment installation height.
Evenly arrange D Series supports around the damping platform / counterweight frame to ensure uniform load distribution, and confirm that the support installation angle matches the equipment vibration direction.
Tighten the flange according to standard torque; after installation, conduct a no-load trial run with the complete machine to verify amplitude and base vibration level.

- Equipment operating acceleration must not exceed 9.3 g. Long-term exceeding of this limit will accelerate aging of rubber elastic elements.
- After about 1 year of long-term operation, normal permanent compression deformation will occur, which is an inherent material characteristic. Regularly recheck bolt torque.
