Installation Instructions
Calculate the single-point load according to the total vibrating weight (screen body + 50% material weight), select the model according to equipment installation height, and determine the number of support points.
Arrange according to screen type: circular vibrating screens use mirror arrangement, linear vibrating screens use same-direction arrangement, ensuring the angle between the installation axis and vibration direction is 90°±1°.
If acceleration > 9.3 g, it is not recommended to use AB.

Mining circular vibrating screens, linear vibrating screens; grain wheat cleaning screens; sand and gravel aggregate screening; gemstone primary screening; various single-mass screening equipment driven by unbalanced excitation.
- Strictly control the installation angle. The angle between the vibration direction and the support installation axis must be kept at 90°±1°. Excessive angle deviation will cause lateral vibration of the screen body.
- Selection calculation must include the screen body + 50% material vibrating weight. Do not select only according to the empty screen weight. For wet and sticky material conditions, it is recommended to reserve additional load margin.
- Equipment operating acceleration must not exceed 9.3 g. Long-term operation above the upper limit will accelerate aging and premature failure of elastic elements.
- About 9% normal permanent deformation will occur after about 1 year of operation, which is a material characteristic. Regularly recheck the tightening torque of all bolts.
