FAQ
Does it adhere to oily copper tubing?
Yes-light oil from pre-charged lines does not affect adhesion. Wipe off excess oil for best results.
Can it be used outdoors?
No-it's designed for indoor unit sealing only. Prolonged UV or rain exposure will degrade performance.
Is it fire-rated?
No. This is not a firestop material. Use only for acoustic, thermal, and moisture sealing-not fire containment.
How much putty per unit?
Typically 150–300g, depending on gap size and number of penetrations. We provide usage guides by model type.
Does it support mold growth in humid climates?
No-formulation contains no organic nutrients and passes anti-fungal testing (ASTM G21).
