Galvanized metal base for stable installation & corrosion resistance The galvanized metal bracket is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. It can be firmly fixed on equipment frames or walls to prevent pipeline displacement and loosening.
Complete specifications with wide compatibility 11 standard models cover copper pipes from 5/16" to 1-5/8", compatible with most hydraulic, refrigeration and thermal pipeline systems. Bulk and assorted orders are available.
Operating Instructions

The full set consists of upper and lower damping clamp halves, galvanized metal cover plates, fastening bolts and metal base.
Method 1: Welded Base Mounting (Most Common for Industrial Hydraulic Pipelines)
Position marking: Mark fixing points for pipelines on the equipment frame or steel support structure.
Weld the base first: Weld the metal base plate separately to the marked position. Never weld after assembling the pipe clamp, as high temperature will damage the plastic damping clamp body.
Install the lower clamp half: Insert the lower half of the pipe clamp into the slot of the metal base.
Place the pipe: Center the hydraulic steel pipe or high-pressure hose inside the inner cavity of the clamp.
Fit the upper clamp half and cover plate, thread two bolts through them, and tighten the bolts evenly in diagonal order. Ensure the pipe stays straight with moderate clamping tightness (avoid flattening the pipe wall or loose shifting).


Method 2: C-Rail Sliding Groove Assembly (For Densely Arranged Parallel Pipelines)
Secure the C-type rail to the equipment frame via welding or bolt fastening.
Slide the rail nut into the groove and rotate it 90° to lock it in place, then clip the lower pipe clamp onto the nut.
Lay the pipe, close the clamp cover plate and tighten the bolts. Multiple pipelines can be installed in stacked layers.
