Installation Instructions
Selection & Cutting: Select the appropriate ID×OD specification based on working pressure, temperature, and medium. Cut squarely to required length using a sharp blade, ensuring a smooth, burr-free cut.
Fitting Assembly & Routing: Insert fittings into both ends and secure with hose clamps to specified torque. Route the hose with a bending radius no less than 10×OD, avoiding sharp edges and high-temperature exhaust pipes.
Leak Check Before Commissioning: Before startup, introduce medium at low pressure to verify all connections are leak-free, then gradually increase pressure/temperature for formal operation.
